Melissa Ban is a senior litigation solicitor with over 23 years’ post-admission experience and is a Partner (non-principal) at Stephens & Tozer Solicitors. She is widely respected for her practical legal insight, strong advocacy, and commitment to achieving commercially effective outcomes.

Melissa has represented a diverse client base including individuals, businesses, developers, insurers, banks, and government bodies. Her broad litigation experience spans commercial disputes, building and construction law, insurance litigation, employment law, family law, and wills and estates. She regularly acts in complex property and financial settlements, estate administration, probate matters, and contractual disputes.
